By using Heapform ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference.
1. Use of Services
You may use our form-building platform for lawful purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
2. Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
- Infringe on intellectual property or privacy rights
- Circumvent usage limits or security measures
We may suspend or terminate access if we determine you have violated these terms.
3. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees and any overages. Failure to pay when due may result in suspension or termination.
4. Termination
Either party may terminate upon material breach (with 30 days to remedy where applicable). Upon termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period. We may retain data as required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
We provide the services "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the six months preceding the claim.
6. Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Heapform operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
